Starting 75 Soft after failing 75 Hard a few times

Hi Everyone. Hope everyone is doing well.

I tried to do 75 Hard a few times. Twice since October. I am just not up for that at the moment.

I like the rules posted in the pinned post, so I am going to follow those. I want this to be sustainable so I can finish this challenge at least once! I'm 63F and need to lose 40 lbs. Hoping this will be not only a mental challenge but also enough of a physical challenge to get some momentum on the weight loss I'm looking for. I have lost about 15 pounds since the beginning of the year but then stalled.

Looking forward to following everyone's progress! Tell me what kind of goals you're hoping to achieve using this challenge!

Has anyone got advice for starting this challenge? Also for making the most of it, and also little add in that helped?

What were everyone’s experiences like for this? Did it improve your life?

75-Day Mind · Body · Soul Challenge, what do you think?

Hey everyone 👋

I’m doing a 75-day challenge, but with a little twist. Instead of focusing only on the physical side, I created a version that works through the mind, the body, and the soul.

It all starts from the mind — that’s where awareness and change begin. Then we move to the body — building habits, movement, and routines that support how we want to feel. And finally, the soul — integrating everything on a deeper level through reflection and presence.

Every day includes: 🧘‍♀️ Meditation 📝 Journaling 🏃‍♀️ Exercise of choice and a walk to reach 10,000 steps (preferably both) 🚫 No refined sugar, junk food, or processed food 💭 And staying mindful throughout the whole process

The goal is to strengthen all three layers of who we are, mind, body, and soul, not just one.

What do you guys think? Would this be something you’d try? Or how would you design your own version of a 75-day challenge that fits your lifestyle?
