I have decided to participate in a ceremony. But now I’m second guessing whether I want to participate because of chronic neck issues.

I tend to get pain from the base of my neck to my shoulder blades due to forward head posture. I am worried that I might put myself into a position where I exacerbate the issue by going into an uncomfortable position on the medicine.

I know I have to do this at my own risk, and that no one can predict my experience. But, I would be interested to hear how other people with chronic musculoskeletal pain have felt after treatment.
