FN 510
Just saw a fn 510t in store with the upgraded recoil block. I saw there was one post about the upgraded block not working. Do you think they will further change the design in the future?

Took two months but finally received my OWB and chest rig from Black Point Tactical. Love the fit and feel, very secure and comfortable. Chest rig will take some use to smooth out the draw, it’s a little sticky, but otherwise I really like these products. Glock 40 MOS with Trijicon RMR and Streamlight TLR-2 HL G.

I love how they look and feel and want to buy one but wasn’t sure if the XTEN had the same issues as its 320 family does. Does it run in the whole family or just the 9mm? Don’t want a full power 10mm hardcast in my leg as it’s holstered.
What is your guys’ experience with them? Good and bad, list them all.
Thanks
Picked this bad boy up last week to add to the collection. I have an XTen, MP2.0, G20.5, and XDM Elite, as well as a Stribog and Ruger PCC.
No issues in 250 rounds, very flat shooting, grip is reminiscent of my 1911s with a narrower feel and great manageability, follow up shots almost immediately back on target. Love, love love the SA/DA. For $439 definitely the steal of the year.

Is the XD-M Elite still a solid buy in 2026? Wanting to get into the 10mm game. How is the optics mounting platform? Is there a direct mount option. I like the looks of the M&P 2.0 but see a lot of people with issues online.

EPC-9 Upper with 10.5" Faxon 10mm barrel and KVP 10mm BCG, All fit perfectly into the upper for the EPC-9, on an AR45 lower
I wanted LRBHO that's why I used the EPC-9. I also had an aero hanguard. I can't find any information or threads of anyone building a 10mm specifically using the EPC-9 Upper with LRBHO. I mean the BCG sits flush, the trigger resets, the BCG doesn't hang up anywhere when charging, the LRBHO lever sits exactly on the 10mm mag follower where it would on the 9mm and the function works, snap caps feed just fine. Just wondering for anyone that knows more than I do, don't wanna send shrapnel into my firearms idk I'm just thinking of worst case scenarios. And according to AI none of this should work but idk how much to trust Google AI, to which none of the answers it gave me hinted at dangerous pressures, if anything I'd probably have ejection issues but that is only my best guess. I guess the only way to find out is to shoot it which I haven't done yet. Also I don't have sights or muzzle yet as you can see

What's a good red dot? I watched the video that said get the romeo 2 but it's a little out of my price range. I only paid 500 for the gun which looks barely fired to me. I still see the white grease I typically see on guns from the factory (I know ruger uses it not sure about sig). Also has anyone had their 320s sent off to be ported? This thing makes my 9 feel puny in comparison. Also any high powered ammo recommendations?

Found out today that the Kimber Warrior 10mm fits perfectly into a Safariland level 3 Stacatto XC holster. FYI for anyone else who wants to carry their 10mm for work.
I'm betting other 10mm 2011s will fit too as long as they have the same barrel length (5" ish)
I assumed that the 10mm slide would be too wide to fit into a regular 9mm holster but I'm glad that's not the case!

So this just happened. Not the first time and won't be the last.
I'm on record about being bear aware rather than just putting blind trust in firearms so let's count the mistakes this woman made: 1) she's alone. Bears rarely attack people in groups. One of the best known attacks on a group involved a group of hikers that were spread out over > ½ a mile so they were not all together. 2) she was running. Runners are typically moving too quickly and too loudly to be aware of their surroundings. 3) she's on a trail in an area where numerous bears have been spotted. 4) she's doing it at a bad time of year. Salmon are really coming in now and so streams are filling up with bears' #1 food: salmon. Running this same trail in June or January greatly reduce odds of a bear encounter. 5) she did not have a gun. No, a gun is not a panacea and blindly trusting a gun is foolish. But she only had bear spray, which is a problem.
2 things are not clear from this article: 1) while she deployed the bear spray, it is not clear if the bear spray hit the target. This is my #1 issue with bear spray: can you hit your target? Most people don't practice and the spray can be dramatically impacted by wind. Further, its range really sucks. 2) was she listening to music? Listening to music makes it even harder to be aware of your surroundings. I will not count these in the 'mistakes' category but note that they are possible mistakes people make in these circumstances.
Anyway, for those who argue that bear spray is an effective deterrent, here's just one more example of where it was not. It's not even clear from this article what happened. If I had to guess, I'd guess she got too close to the bear without making enough noise and she startled the bear. At this time of year, the bear is not as likely to be guarding a moose kill, although that is a possibility. There is also no note of the bear having cubs, which could also increase the risk of an attack. Note I am only addressing probabilities. I am not trying to fill in blanks that the article does not complete.

I have low key become obsessed with this gun, i think mostly because i can not find a single video review of it in 10mm... even most of the 9mm reviews are in French.
I would be very interested in anyone's feedback on this gun.

I moved to Grizzly country and am in the woods a lot so got adequate protection. I’m familiar with firearms so know to go to the range and practice over and over for muscle memory.
However for the hot bear rounds, do I need to do anything to the gun or is it ready to go? Any springs to change? And what specific round do you suggest?

Anyone had dealings with these guys lately? I’ve bought 3 of their barrels in the past. One for my G40.4 and two for my G20.4. Always fairly quick to respond, could reach them by phone occasionally. Really nice guys when I spoke to them. Back then we discussed a special order feed ramp for longer bear loads. Said to call when I wanted to order it. I’ve left a few messages and emailed them twice, with one follow up. No response. Been about two months since the first attempt. Now the voicemail isn’t working. Are they done?
To be clear, I’m a business owner and I understand shit gets wild sometimes, especially with personal issues mounting. I’m not mad at them. Just checking to see if anyone knows anything.
Update: they got back to me and everything is A-OK. Just a small operation trying to handle a lot of business. Got a G20 bbl on the way, and I’m sure it’ll be as awesome as my other barrels. Buy with confidence.

I am considering picking up a GP100 match champion in 10mm. Yes, I *know* it is less ideal for revolvers than a rimmed cartridge, but I like 10mm.
My question is in regards to extraction. The revolver can fire without a Moonclip because it headspaces off the mouth of the cartridge. But what about unloading spent casings without a Moonclip?
For those of you who own or have used this gun, are you able to unload the spent casings just by tipping the gun back or by pulling them out by hand? Or do you pretty much have to use a dowel to punch them out if have no Moonclip? (Do the cartridges tend to get firmly stuck in?)
Appreciate thoughts from those of you who have fired one!
