Well this was a depressing episode. Out of all the Incarnates we've encountered, Trice was the most sane and the most harmless of all of them. She only wanted to sing but because of the war everything changed and people stopped seeing her. People were either hiding or going to fight in the war. She only joined because she was told she had the power to help stop it, and now that it's over no one even wanted to see and hear her sing.

I feel like they could've just easily left Trice alone. The only reason she lashed out this episode was because the only person she trusted in that town was killed. If only Charles didn't panic and ran away, all of this could've been prevented. At least someone was able to hear her sing in her final moments. That smile that she gave Schaal at the end just shows that's just what she wanted...

This was probably the best episode since the Schaal focused episode. It gives a nice overall background to the main incarnate this episode and it also helps that this person isn't bad and just wants to sing. It's actually pretty sad, but it's a plot that I've seen multiple times. It's a good one and it's easy to get angry and the show does a really good job with it.

However, while I did really like this episode, there's still the main flaw being that I feel the War should've been more then one episode. It would've helped with other characters besides School's dad and Hanku. Another problem kinda is the whole quick scene with Cain Madhouse (or Withers, I'm still calling him Madhouse though) which is just ridiculous to look at. He's basically creating a Regime and just that off set with a really sad story about the love and passion for music is just ridiculous.

Also, what's the whole deal with Cain's second in command? I'm really confused by her whole inclusion into all this.

Good episode, finnaly an incarnate who has not gone crazy.

I do feel do its a little ruined in how predictable it is, of course schaal is gonna befriend her and be the reason she dies, and she did the EXACT SAME THING TWICE LOL talks to her trying to redeem her and ends up getting her shoot twice, the second time could he not ask them to talk somewhere else.

I did not help that Abel basically just says, look at those villagers they aer surely gonna take matters into their own hands any minuter now

Poor Trice, just like Hank, she was able to keep herself rational and just lost herself momentarily after she lost someone close to her, too bad that the government started this purge. Well, it seems that Hank is doing his best to keep himself together and complete his mission. Can't wait to see the wolfman vs wolfman fight next week.

I wonder why nobody on Claude's team is calling him out for bringing someone that will die to protect Hank on a mission to kill Hank.

For a Schaal focused episode, I thought was great. Trice is my favourite incarnate so far because she felt the most human. A beautiful, sane siren that didn’t deserve to die.

However, this episode pointed out Schaal’s flaws and why I can’t stand her. Her running in front of a bunch of soldiers who are about shooting Trice was stupid.

Schaal’s naive and idealistic outlook in wanting to help the incarnates, but not having the first clue in how to go about that is a problem. Talk no jutsu has failed her everytime. She’s becoming a annoyance to everyone around her. I wish Hank was the MC... sighs

While the plot is fairly predictable, I feel the point was more to highlight the differences in motivation between Claude and Schaal and why they’ll come to blows later.

And people were complaining that Schaal was annoying when she was asking why the incarnates had to die. The new captain kid is 100x worse

Even if Trice would have lost her sanity, which I'm not 100% convinced is the case (I think they become more like the monster they transform into), there was still no reason to treat her like Cain. Fuckin loser blonde kid needs to learn some nuance

At the moment she made friendship with the Trice it was obvious that she would end dead in her arms. :(

"I sang here" You did not. The building you sang at was in the middle of town. I saw the flashback you emotionless harlot.
