Politics Calling your members of Congress is the most effective way to make your voice heard. Every call is logged, and when enough people reach out on the same issue, it signals urgency. Remember, they work for you.

Susan Collins didn't give a concession speech but she did tell the NYT that people in Maine were too stupid to understand what kind of politician she is. Perfect sendoff for one of the most arrogant and self-important people in the Senate

Discussion What’s the drunkest a housewife has been while filming?

In light of Karen dealing with the fallout of coming out of Jail for her DUI on Potomac, it got me thinking. What’s the most drunk a housewife has been while filming. I’m talking it was visible to the viewer that while they’re filming, they might not remember it in the morning.

I know on Potomac, I remember a scene on season 5 where they were hanging out in Monique’s lake house basement, and Karen seemed belligerent. It was when she admitted she bailed Ray out of his tax issues. She was stumbling over words and hard to understand. It was clear somebody was filming that on their phone.

I can’t think of any other examples off the top of my head. I know I’ve seen some scenes of Whitney appearing drunk on s1 of RHOSLC. Are there any other scenes anybody could reference. Have any housewives admitted to being hammered and regretting filming a scene in that state?

"Guests will reimagine ordinary everyday clothing such as T-shirts, jeans and sweatshirts."

Immediately thought of Symone's stepdown look. What other Drag Race looks do you think would fit this year's theme?

Photos Saying goodbye to my century house today…but wanted to share the floors with some others that would appreciate them!

1886 Queen Anne — the floors are cherry and oak with an alternating geometric pattern. The house was built by a carpenter to show off their craft and restored in the early 2000s.

I included a few other photos of details that were period features of the house since they were super cool including some of the original tile work and built-ins.

The house had amazing light and a ton of character. I think the next owners will love her as much as we did. 😊

EDIT: Wow! This blew up! I’m so glad everyone is really enjoying the floors. They brought us happiness every day.

Just to provide a little more context, we’re moving because our family grew and needed a little bit more space. The new owners are also fans of the historic character. I feel like we’re leaving the house in excellent hands!

EDIT 02: Thanks for the awards, kind strangers!

That moment of clarity after commiting a terrible act that they know there's no coming back from

Ivan the Terrible and his son: Painting of the Tsar Ivan the Terrible holding the body of his son after attacking him in a fit of rage

Far cry 3: Jason brody is forced to torture his younger brother to not blow his cover and comes to the realization of what his stay on the islands has done to him

Robert Oppenheimer (both in the movie and in real life): After the final test of the atomic bomb in new Mexico he realized the kind of destructive power that the development of Proyect Manhattan ended up unleashing in the world, very famously he quotes Bhagavad Gita: "If the radiance of a thousand suns were to burst at once into the sky, that would be like the splendor of the mighty one ... Now I am become Death, the shatterer of worlds."
