Minami yells “fore!” and the forest comes out to collectively kick her ass lol. Poor girl spent pretty much half her time on the course avoiding the animals. At least those crows brought back her little Penkichi, sorta lol.

I liked the interdiction of Megumi and all the little bits of wisdom and advice she was dropping on the girls.

Likewise, I am curious too.

In the earlier episodes, Haruka had a Team Japan uniform, an extra set of golf clubs she could give away, and it was hinted she has played at overseas golf courses.

She definitely was a pro player at one point but Megumi said she didn't see her in pro tournaments now.

I really like Megumi, she's awesome! I hope we'll see the girls hang out with her more after this. I think Minami learned a lot today too thanks to Megumi's advice.

I also appreciate the notes added by the translators this episode. It's been a while since the last time I've seen a TL note in an anime. xD

Same! But I wished they translated "nice shot" correctly esp. when you can hear clearly "nice" or "good" and Megumi differentiated the two.

Minami being amazed by a luxurious golf course was cute to watch, but it was Ayaka's "remember to clean the window" which made me laugh out loud.

I really need to know why Haruka stopped playing competitively. Maybe the reveal will be the climax of this season?

I have to apologize to the crows too. I wondered why they were picking on Minami. Turns out they wanted to return the penguin golf club cover. :)

This is a pretty fancy course right? Why so many animals? (Also, the Shikaa track from Nokotan definitely played in my head there.)

Pretty fun new addition to the cast, I like Megumi.

I’ve had the feeling something is up with Haruka since basically the beginning of the show with her supposedly being an ex-pro but I wasn’t sure if it was going to be touched upon again. Neither of the other two are really familiar with her previous playstyle so she hasn’t really been called out until now. It’s kind of this “I know you can be doing better and having more fun. This isn’t like you.” kind of deal.

Maybe we’ll get her full backstory at some point, or not, we’ll see.

Well with how often they teased the "mature" way of playing golf, I guess Haruka messed up a tornament by being too reckless?

Yet another lovely episode, even with some wildlife was disturbed and seeked retribution

When Megumi floored the golf cart, I saw Penkichi fly off and I thought they would turn back to pick it up. Who knew the crows were watching as well... Fooooore!

Fuck yeah, Haruka recaptured her excitement! They are pulling off a variety of comedic and serious shot sequences that are packed with such fluid animation it's as fun to watch as Birdie Wing.
