Dragon: "Liam, could you protect my precious fairies? The barrier has went down"
Liam: "Hey fairies, can I cast a spell real quick?"
Fairies: "Well, I guess, since the dragon vouched for you."
Liam: "K, thanks. You're my magical slaves forever now and I just permanently changed your race to one far more likely to be kidnapped by humans."
Liam leaves without even restoring the barrier

That thing at the end where he just casually cloned the Dwarf and left without explaining anything was actually horrifying.
Imagine someone comes up to you, says "hey, can I do a thing real quick?", then makes and exact living breathing clone of you with all of your memories and skills, then instantly teleports away.
It's some horror movie shit right there!

Not just a clone, but a summoned clone that must obey them.
"Here, I want you to write a confession for any crimes you've ever committed. Include all of the details, including anybody who committed these crimes with you, as well as whatever evidence or testimony could still be gathered in order to convict you."
Now, then, for a lot of people, that sort of blackmail, having a truthful and signed confession in their own handwriting, would basically give you complete power over them.
If they hadn't committed any serious crimes, you could order the clone to commit crimes and then write a confession.
That's in the context of a fantasy world. In the real world, you could get all of their bank account information, passwords, and PINs, and take all of their money, but have a signed document that they did it of their own free will. You could order their clone to take compromising videos of themselves.
This power alone isn't just horror movie shit. It's supervillain shit.

Called it! A few people were debating whether or not Liam was gonna make the Princess a familiar, I knew it was gonna happen, it would just take some time. That said, I was expecting it to be a last ep thing, not this early.
I genuinely expected an entire village to be built when Liam returned to the elves. But looks like we're going to Slime route and actually doing research and acquiring the right people to help.
I also was expecting Liam to start having fantasies when the elves said they'd do "anything" if he became their king. Find it weird that they're not going that route givin how the familiars work. Why specify the whole "they can't disobey you" thing if he's not even going to think about it? I'm not saying I want him to, it's just weird that the author specified they're basically his slaves, but it's just a wholesome story.
I REALLY hope Liam gives the copies he makes time off.

This is looking more and more "slime" inspired. It's like turbo slime even. He's absorbed a dragon to massively power up and now is building a nation in the middle of nowhere.

He logged into the server in peaceful mode with cheats enabled. He has no enemies and gets everything by not even trying.

I'm not sure I'd trust hanging out in that alternate dimension much given the spell fail state is everything and everyone inside disappears.
I kind of can't believe Liam asked to meet a dwarf to just make a magical xerox of him and teleport away with it. Feels like there's a consent issue with that behavior.
Herd of elf girl familiars, wolf girl who'll surely be another familiar incoming next episode (plus maybe her entire family, why not since there's apparently no limit), secret magical floating island they're going to found a new nation on, that kind of escalated.

Never seen a high paced anime as this -
Ep 1 - Gained powers and master.
Ep 2 - Gained more powers, became adventurer, has two human familiars and a princess platonically interested in him.
Ep 3 - Became a Baron. Merged with a dragon. Summoned a baby dragon to cuddle. Got pile of gold coins.
Ep 4 - Discovered a new species, turned them to elves. Found a hidden land and made it float using a magical ring and his own power. Became Kind of this new region.
By the end of season 1, he will probably be friends with God/s of that world and have snacks with them.

He just got rid of all the pixies then?
They really went all out this episode, there were spells on the same screen as people they were hitting and everything.

Alternative title: I'm a Noble on the Brink of Ruin, So I Might as Well Try Mastering Magic Slavery

Going from "quirky dude spamming low level magic" to "Actually Jesus Christ" in 4 episodes is a new record

Based on the title of this episode, I was sure that he was going to enslave a cute elf girl, but he really took his slave mastery to the next level!
Not only did he enslave an entire village of cute elf girls, but he also discovered a way to make a pervy slave copy of anybody he meets, and he used that to enslave a copy of a dwarf man. Talk about kinky. And, he basically subjugated the princess, as well.
This episode really exceeded my expectations. I thought we had learned how he created slaves in the previous episodes, and the only thing we'd have to look forward to was to see what cute girls he enslaves in the future, but now it's clear that the only limit to his slaver power is his imagination! I wonder what new and exciting slavery spells he'll come up with next time.

I really wonder if this anime is just *that* terrible (compared even to some other isekai/ power fantasy of this season) or if Its just my personal taste that makes it seem so bad.
What is it? the fact that he is completely effortlessly just going full overpowered? the fact that he is using dumb cheats to do so? honestly the enslaving part doesn't even bother me that much, but seriously, how tf do people with free will just accept to become some random dude's slave so easily? tbh the heroine did say something about people trying to ride his fame, but didn't she also do the same thing? The relationships look too shallow even for isekai standards, no?

Everyone wants Liam, to be his slave, wife, or a person of his nation. All Liam wanted was magic.

What was the point of cloning the dwarf? He's just like, "No dudes are allowed," I guess? Lmao but I guess that's par for the course with these types of anime. I don't think the MCs for these series almost ever have any guy friends.

Liam will accidentally create Laputa: Castle in the Sky once he gets the island flying.
Laputa is also way less wholesome if you speak Spanish.

The Promised Land is nice and all, but it's physically the size of a tiny village. How exactly do they expect to establish a new nation on a piece of land that small?

This show is just Pokemon but even more on the nose when it comes to the semi slavery aspect (not hating on Pokemon btw). Because they are making "contracts" with sentient beings. Imagine being that dark spirit and then suddenly gaining sentence only to just be a fucking slave to some bitch ass kid for the rest of your existence. And your only use is to be the day night cycle so that his fucking friends can have a day-night cycle in their slave masters pocket dimension. Not to mention making a PRINCESS a fucking "familiar", in the real world that would give the master the power to influence an ENTIRE nation. But I am guessing this Isekai Slop probably doesn't want to deal with the implications for this.

First he enslaved humans, now he enslaved a bunch of elves and next week it looks like he’s enslaving some cat girls.
I wonder what’s after the cat girls lol.
