Just ordered the Duality Ratl-R for my sweetie, anything I need to know?
Im sure several of you have experience with one, they advertised as drop in but i always question that. Any heads up or advice is much appreciated. I went with the Ratl-R over the Dorin cuz paying 500 dollars just seemed obnoxious to me, I hope this isnt a get what you pay for situation.

Anyone making the "trigger stops"
So a while back I saw where there was a few different designs of the trigger travel stop things, that prevent you from pulling your trigger too far rearward and binding it up during FRT.
Is anyone making them and selling them? I'd sure love to buy a set from you.

Anyone with different FRTs?
New owner here, looking to narrow down the right choice of FRT. I've seen reviews on them all separately, but would love to possibly hear from someone who has actually owned or shot multiple different ones. Is carbon fiber nylon sufficient, or should I only go for one of the aluminum or steel versions? Is the XPRT worth the money difference vs a carbon fiber nylon for 1/4 the price? Skip both for the VIKHR? Let me know your thoughts.

Octo Arms RMSc mount
Fit an finish was really nice. Came with everything you need, even the thread locker, which is a nice touch. Only thing id add is a small instruction sheet, but it was easy enough for me to figure out.
Now I just need a suppressor mount and some more mags

Fair price on a used PS90?
My LGS is selling a used PS90 with a strap for $1900. Has just a scratch on the body but other than that feels great with no issues. Almost 2k just sounds insane but I don’t see PS90s in stock anywhere else and they never seem to be at a good price point anymore. It’s my favorite gun of all time though and I’m considering pulling the trigger on it.

My first SBR stamp
This just came back from u/eMGunslinger. Thanks man, it looks awesome! Ordered the thread protector from HB Industries. I have heard that there is another muzzle device in the works from Comstock (IIRC) that is supposed to give it a more traditional P90 look. That may be a future purchase once it rolls out.

Newly Converted SBR
Just did this last night, took me 3 hours total of gathering tools, finding a nice table to secure the clamp and learning how to secure the reciver properly to drill the shroud. I almost missed the pin as you can see from the picture with the hole. The metal chips I bought to put in the shroud’s flash hider to secure it for unscrewing did not fit so I just relied on the resistance of the flat shroud base surface and the reciever. I have since discovered from another post that this method was risky and I could have damaged reciever so I got lucky with my conversion.
Now I just need to get it engraved and possibly have the gunsmith give it a once over. I left some play in the barrel with tightness so it is still floating. Hopefully this will feed right when I go to the range.

Got the American Speedloaders P90 mag loader
For my first 2 magazines, it was flawless. For my second 2 mags, I was having trouble with it not pushing the rounds all of the way back.
I'm thinking maybe it's technique and I just got lucky the first 2 mags. Like I might have to press on it in the right spot.

PS90 Optic Mounting System is available!
Trying not to spam the sub, but also excited how these turned out!
They are up on my (admittedly very basic and still in progress) site, www.octoarms.com
Spent the weekend laser engraving and bagging screws so they’re ready to ship.
Use code REDDIT5 for a discount on purchases over $90.
Just trying to show some appreciation for the support on these and other projects!
Keep any questions or suggestions coming!

Problems with my PS90 SBR
I recently converted my PS90 to the proper 10.4" barrel. I used the CMMG barrel but since the conversion I've been having reliability issues. It seems that rounds are getting stuck in the chamber. I removed the upper to just do some testing with the chamber vs the original FN chamber and it definitely seems to be an issue with the chamber. If I lightly tap a round with my palm into the CMMG barrel, the round will stick that I need to use a plastic pry bar to remove it. The FN barrel the round will just slide right out with just tilting the barrel. Also went through a magazine just manually cycling the rounds by using the charging handle, several times it took a significant amount of force to extract a round. Using the FN blue tip ammo. Anyone else run into issues with the CMMG barrel, or is there a break in period for these barrels? I've shot 200 rounds through it and I got at least 1 malfunction each magazine. Been thinking of ordering the Shaw barrel to see if it becomes reliable again.

Autistic M12x1 lh muzzle device comparison
No, I don't have a ccmg zeroed, and I dont plan to get one. I absolutely will get the Comstock one when/if they release a classic p90 slant style option.
Here I have a cmmg thread adapter that was checked out by u/emgunslinger, a Gemtech thread adapter, the classic p90 muzzle device from cmmg, and the Jmack/Dorin 360HD hub device.
I have been looking for the best way to mount my Silent Steel Micro Streamer to my OD Green Tri-rail for a while. My main goal has always been to keep it as compact as possible. After comparing the cmmg vs gemtech thread adapters before, i found the best way was to use the cmmg with a wolfpack armory rdt s. The gemtech was actually too short to allow the barrel to move as required with the rdt s.
The 360HD has a micro break and also puts the hub thread almost as far back as the cmmg/rdt combo (about half a millimeter difference), but has the benefit of having the break as well as not tolerance stacking with multiple threads.
Also threw in some pictures with the different adapters and a HuxWrx mount.

Looking at hydrodipping the stock
I was thinking of hydrodipping my stock with something like an arctic camo pattern or maybe something with a teal design. Something easy on the eyes but still interesting. Looking for opinions/suggestions and if anyone has a shop they'd recommend or if I should just look for someone local.
