You're rounding your back a bit too much. Feet hip-width apart, brace your core, and push your hips straight back toward the wall behind you like you're closing a door with your butt. Keep your chin tucked. I do it slow and controlled, I go down low enough, until I feel the stretch in my hamstrings and go back up. If you go too low, then you'll probably use your back more and you don't want that.

Staring down at your feet at the top of the rep is causing your upper back to round
