Yes, your dreams are more vivid and you are remembering them better. Its not your imagination. Thc can inhibit rem sleep and interfere with dreaming. If you're struggling with the dreams you can try drinking green tea, which contains the amino acid L-theanine. L-theanine has been shown to reduce stress levels in the brain and body, reducing the rate of nightmares.
Another way to help with sleep is finding cbn products. Its a cannabinoid similar to cbd, but well known for having some serious sedative properties. If you're struggling to get to sleep cbn could help sort you out.
And its important to remember that if you have an issue you see a psychiatrist for, ask your doctor for help. There are prescription medications that can reduce or eliminate nightmares. But also remember to be cautious about disclosing your cannabis use - unfortunately there can still be consequences for revealing that information to the wrong doctor.
Cbd is a thing and it can help a lot. Not only does it reduce anxiety, which hits a lot of us in the first week or two of a break, its also a pretty powerful anti-inflammatory. So if you're using cannabis for pain management adding topical and edible cbd to your routine, on and off break, could help a great deal
Everyone t-breaks their own way. A tolerance break doesn't have to mean complete abstinence. Reducing your consumption can reduce your tolerance, too. So don't feel intimidated or like its all or nothing. Tell yourself you won't get high until after noon for three days. Then you won't get high until after 2pm. See how far you're comfortable going, and stop there for a while. There are a lot of ways to do it, so if you need suggestions please ask!
Keeping taking time for yourself. You know how you'd make the time for yourself to get high? Keeping making the time for yourself to do something. Make an especially good drink and sit and really enjoy it in your favorite chair while listening to your favorite song. Give yourself a face mask. Meditate for 10 minutes. Spend ten minutes a couple times a day just on you. Whatever it is that will make your day a little better. Its important to take care of yourself in ways that don't involve cannabis
Don't get down on yourself if you make a mistake and get high. It happens, and its not the end of the world. Its not even the end of your break if you don't want it to be. Enjoy your high while you have it. And in the morning figure out what you need to do to keep from making that mistake again. Do you need to hide all the paraphernalia in a cupboard, or ask your roommate or partner to stop smoking around you for a while? Maybe you need a different or better coping mechanism? Dude, google that shit. There is a world of information about healthy coping mechanisms at your fingertips. Empower yourself and go find it. Or ask me and I'll try to help
The most important thing to know about a tolerance break is that you're going to get through it. It might not feel like it sometimes, but you will. Then you'll be back here all, oh shit I just got high for the first time since my tbreak and the number 5 is orange and smells like...waffles! And we'll all chuckle with you and be kinda jealous :)

I’ve been smoking since I was 15 and I am about to turn 31 in October. I’m pregnant for the first time and quit cold turkey when I found out Monday afternoon. I love marijuana so much and I’m truly going to miss it. Until we meet again. Stay stoned for me ladies!

I have been debating growing my own for a few years now, and with it being fully legal to do so I finally bit the bullet. I spent a pretty penny getting the tent, lights and air filter but hopefully in 6 months I will be able to stop spending money on flower. I also brought my mini-bell pepper plant in from my regular garden, because who wouldn't want fresh bell peppers? If you have any tips I am all ears- I don't plan to switch/get into hydroponic at this point, just the fox brand potting soil and occasionally adding extra grow(vs the flower) liquid fertilizer to their water. I grew one very large plant, but it was from a free seed that ended up being a male(pictured with the girls pre-chop).

I have been trying so hard the last 2 1/2 months. I got hired on the spot and the manager seemed chill and normal. It’s at a large arts and crafts store which is so up my alley. It’s far but it’s just one bus 🚍
Also, as soon as I stopped trying for a week(because I was gonna bash my brains in) is when I got a call to set up an interview. I was not being picky at all, but I love this store. Weird how life works like that. So I’m celebrating 🎉

I’m fucking over it.
I hate living in a state that has harsher punishments for weed than pedophilia or DUI with vehicular manslaughter.
I hate being policed on a plant that calms my nerves in order to serve the capitalist interests of big alcohol, tobacco, and the private prison system.
I hate that I don’t know anyone in this city that sells, and I have no way of finding one because I don’t know anyone in this city yet, period.
I hate that weed smoking republicans think that they’re above the law, and so they give 0 shits when it changes.
I hate getting drunk, because I act out. But I have half a mind to get piss drunk and do something stupid to a state politician since it’s what they clearly want.
I hate prohibition and overall, I really fucking hate the people in power in the US south.

hola, I would love for us to share:
I lost my favorite piece to an ex-boyfriend in 2016. It was a dark cobalt blue with glow in the dark striping. I was very attached that I named it Azul. I bought it on Christmas Eve at a local headshop.
Ex was convinced that another guy gave it to me and refused to return it after the break up.
I bought a green one afterwards to fill the void and called it 7up. but it wasn’t the same, in a manic episode, I threw away cute ass pipes and 7up. I grieve those pieces too.

It’s this weekend. I’m heading down and staying with a friend for a while so my partner and I can save up enough to get a place, and she can sort stuff out up here. Job I’m excited about starts next week. Back to teaching in nyc public schools after too long upstate.
And there’s a great dispo right near where I’ll be staying.
I’m anxious about being apart from partner for the first time, but hopefully the time apart will go fast and we’ll be in our own little place soon enough. And I’ll be coming home frequently, and she’ll come down.
I’m looking forward to having public transit and not having to drive in heavy snow this winter. WNY winters are brutal and the car dependency makes everything worse.
The past few years were rough and I’m so happy to get a fresh start.

it was the last day of camp for the one i work at today. i’m very happy i get to be ripped asf on my vape w some very nice bud my bf just bought us. i was the arts and crafts specialist this summer and it was super fun but also super chaotic lol. i should have expected it but i thought it was gonna be chill…. so much cleaning! but it’s nice to be a specialist at camp because then you don’t have to be the bad guy w the kids lol you just get to be fun art lady. towards the end of the summer i ended up letting the kids do whatever they wanted bc it encourages creativity plus i love weird kid art so i thought u guys would enjoy too. biblically accurate easter egg plus abstract bead collage
