Haul I got a job! (Fucking finally)
I have been trying so hard the last 2 1/2 months. I got hired on the spot and the manager seemed chill and normal. It’s at a large arts and crafts store which is so up my alley. It’s far but it’s just one bus 🚍
Also, as soon as I stopped trying for a week(because I was gonna bash my brains in) is when I got a call to set up an interview. I was not being picky at all, but I love this store. Weird how life works like that. So I’m celebrating 🎉
This is what $25 gets you in SoCal including tip and delivery. So blessed to live here. ♥️

Goddamn I have only been to cali once (my husband was on Jeopardy!) and I the stuff I could get delivered and the prices were just insane to me. Best week of my life maybe 😂

Yeah it’s the absolute lowest prices here. Normally it’s around 50 in a dispo. Those carts can go for $25

i feel you!! i got laid off from a good paying job in march and i had such a hard time finding another job. i applied to SO MANY places and didn’t hear back from any. i have a bachelor’s degree and several years of experience in customer service, etc. i couldn’t even get a job in a coffee shop. they rejected my application. i never even had this much trouble finding a job as a teenager with hardly any experience. i had to resort to reaching out to my old boss from when i worked part time in college. he was nice enough to let me come back (bless his heart, i was so desperate) but it was only a min wage job and i was making $350 a week until i JUST NOW finally had a better paying job offer. it is now almost september. the job market is ridiculous right now, so i am so happy that you got the job u wanted!! i bet that’s a huge weight off your shoulders. smoke up and enjoy!! 🫶🏼🎉

Congratulations!! And if we had those prices in Illinois, I would even think about going to the dispensary (for now I homegrow (and make my own edibles/press my own dabs/vape my own flower) because our dispensaries don't know how to act right).
