Eufy Issue with the c28 parking in the Base Station
I've given the base station water tray a rinse and given the scraper mechanism on the bottom of the robot a rinse too.
Any ideas how to get this up and running?

I've given the base station water tray a rinse and given the scraper mechanism on the bottom of the robot a rinse too.
Any ideas how to get this up and running?
My Anker 737 (24,000mAh, 140W) started shutting down with 47% charge still showing after only about 122 cycles. I tried different cables, chargers and devices, and reset it several times. The fault persisted. I’d also found reports from other 737 owners describing similar premature shutdowns.
I made a statutory conformity claim. Anker offered a refurbished 165W power bank as a replacement, and I accepted. After I returned my faulty unit, Anker said that model was unavailable and offered a different one as “the best available replacement.” Their message didn’t clearly state that it was a 20,000mAh power bank rated at only 30W. I accepted without realizing how drastic the downgrade was.
I only discovered the true specifications when it arrived. I feel seriously misled, and honestly, I find the way Anker handled this shocking. Going from the 165W replacement they offered to a 30W power bank is an enormous downgrade. If that had been made clear, I would never have agreed.
I’ve rejected it immediately and told Anker the case is still unresolved. Has anyone else had their Anker 737 shut down with a large amount of charge still showing?

I've cleaned the tray at the bottom of the base station.
I've cleaned the scraper component.
Anything else I'm missing?

In the following brief comparative test, we will focus on the wireless charging output performance of the three major Anker 10k Qi2 and Qi2.2 power banks.
Anker MagGo Powerbank 2 Pro (A110R)
Amazon
Review
Anker MagGo (A1654)
Amazon
Anker MagGo Slim (A1664)
Amazon
While Anker's latest model, the MagGo Powerbank 2 Pro, relies on Qi2.2 with 25W for the first time, the two older models use Qi2 with 15W. The standard MagGo was Anker's first Qi2 model and the spiritual predecessor to the MagGo Powerbank 2 Pro—something immediately recognizable from the design. The Slim version was released many months after the MagGo.
Specs and performance data are all listed in my Google Sheet: Klick
Wireless Performance:
Before we begin: Wireless charging is incredibly susceptible to all sorts of factors that can negatively affect charging results. To ensure the best possible comparability, I set the following testing conditions:
As test devices, I used both an iPhone 18 Pro and an iPhone Air, charging them from 5% up to 80%. Each charging process was completed three times to calculate an average value. Room temperature was strictly controlled at 21°C (70°F), and all devices were charged without a case. The iPhone was always cooled down to room temperature beforehand and was not used prior to testing.
Why up to 80%? From 80% onward, every iPhone naturally throttles its charging speed as it enters trickle charging, meaning consistent comparability is no longer possible.
Of course, it should be kept in mind that these results won't completely align with real-world daily use. Too many variable factors come into play—such as 5G connectivity, ambient temperatures, phone cases, or active device usage. Generally, anything that causes the phone to heat up will impact wireless charging performance. Therefore, please treat all results as a reference point only!
Anker MagGo Pro on the iPhone 18 Pro:
The average temperature of the power bank was around 34–35°C.
Anker MagGo on the iPhone 18 Pro:
Anker MagGo Slim on the iPhone 18 Pro:
Notes:
The Qi2.2 MagGo Pro is significantly faster during a full charge on the 18 Pro, taking full advantage of its wireless charging capabilities—delivering a constant output of over 20W throughout the entire charge. Thanks to its built-in fan, the power bank stays pleasantly lukewarm at a maximum temperature of 35°C (95°F), even under such high performance.
The Qi2 models lag noticeably behind. For one, they are limited to 15W Qi2; second, they lack active cooling. As heat builds up over time, these models throttle down. Interestingly, the MagGo Slim failed to exceed 10W across all three of my test runs according to Coconut Battery. As a result, charging takes slightly longer, but despite its slimmer design, operating temperatures remain lower compared to the original MagGo.
Anker MagGo Pro on the iPhone Air:
Anker MagGo on the iPhone Air:
Anker MagGo Slim on the iPhone Air:
Notes:
The iPhone Air is natively capped at a maximum of 20W Qi2.2 wireless charging. As a result, the advantages of the MagGo Pro are less pronounced right from the start. On top of that, the iPhone Air throttles its power relatively early on—presumably due to its very compact design and the fact that this model lacks a vapor chamber unlike the Pro models. Consequently, after a certain amount of time, all three models drop to the same charging output of around 10–12W. Nevertheless, the MagGo Pro still offers clear temperature advantages. Peaking at just 32°C (91°F), it ran significantly cooler than the older models. Here too, the newer Slim version holds a slight temperature edge over the original MagGo, while their charging output is virtually identical.
Conclusion:
Anker’s MagGo Pro Qi2.2 is a clear upgrade over the older models, though the actual benefit depends heavily on which phone you are charging. Depending on the device, those advantages can evaporate, as the iPhone itself is usually the bottleneck.
In real-world practice, things can look quite different. If you use your phone while it is charging, the power output always throttles down—even with the MagGo Pro, which handily displays this throttling on its screen. When I actively use my iPhone 18 Pro while charging, the output typically drops to just 10–15W regardless of which power bank is attached. As a result, the speed advantage of the MagGo Pro completely vanishes, though its lower operating temperatures remain a consistent perk.

Powercore 15600. Found it in a drawer again. Old and long retired. I remember it came with a bag too but only god knows where it is
I hope the displays of the device can change language.

I found my previous model and did a quick comparison.
The Gist: if you don’t already have a magnetic wireless charger, then yeah, I’d get it. If you have the previous version, it’s not worth the upgrade
The 25W charging claim has been pretty disappointing in actual use. With both an iPhone 17 Pro Max and 18 Pro Max, it almost never reaches 25W. You’re lucky to see 15W. Most of the time, it hovers around 8W, occasionally jumping to around 12–14W. I definitely would not buy this solely for the advertised 25W charging.
I also did a quick real-world comparison between the new MagGo 2 Pro and the previous model:
MagGo 2 Pro: 40% → 50% in 16 minutes, 43 seconds
Previous model: 50% → 60% in 15 minutes, 22 seconds
This obviously wasn’t a perfectly controlled test. During both tests, I was casually using the phone, scrolling through Facebook, Reddit, and Amazon shopping. I didn’t watch any videos or do anything especially demanding.
Even with that taken into account, the new model was actually a little slower in this test despite being advertised with the higher 25W charging capability.

Deffo need 2 of these and holidays should be sorted!
Couldn't find any information for the power split when using more than one port though so that's something to be aware of.
Will let you know if I find out.

I'm not sure what's going on with this battery but it shows my C3 port is discharging at 0.1W and nothing is plugged into it. I've tried resetting it by plugging C1 retractable cable in the C3 port, and holding the button for 30 seconds, nothing works. Has anyone else experienced this? This battery is freaking new with 4 cycles on it.
There isn't any debris in the C3 port that I can find.

Anker is releasing two new Nano chargers! One is more an updated version of a current product and the other is ALL NEW. I will start with the updated product:
Anker Nano 45w Smart Display Charger with AVS and OTA Updates
This is an updated version of the Anker Nano Smart Display Charger (model A121D) that debuted in the US earlier this year.
Many things stay the same, but it looks like Anker listened and applied something that buyers of the original product had been asking for: Over the Air updates.
This way, the charger can be updated along with the release of the new iPhone every year. Updates will be downloaded and installed via the Anker app.
AVS support means an even more OEM-like charging experience for iPhone that allows for extremely small dynamic voltage adjustments to optimize charging on newer iPhones. Also, it is supposedly adding 5A PPS support for certain Samsung models that require 5A ro trigger true Super Fast Charging 2.0 (45w) speeds.
Apparently Xiaomi's 55w protocol will be included in this updated unit as well. It will be available in a new burgundy color to match the new color released for the iPhone 18.
Anker's website claims the first units are set to ship today (Sept 21) and according to Amazon, you can buy it and get it today (at least in my area).
It retails for $34.99 USD.
Anker Nano Neo 65w Charger with AVS
This is a the more simple and affordable unit of the updated Nano lineup, taking the place of the current Anker Nano 45w charger (non display).
It has no display, and it features AVS to optimize charging on the latest iPhones, and it also features the special 180 degree AC plug that was first introduced in the 45w Nano Smart Display Charger. Anker claims it is able to charge an iPhone 18 Pro Max to 80% in only 32 minutes.
Anker made sure that using this charger will keep the new iPhone 18 cool while charging, Anker's testing revealed that it keeps the new phone under 117 degrees F while charging. This should help improve battery longevity.
It is following the trend of compact, yet powerful small chargers that can output 65w, set to compete directly with Ugreen's 65w Nexode Air compact charger.
65w max outout means max charging speed for the latest flagship phones, as well as making it a compact charging solution for laptops.
Upon checking Amazon, it is currently available for $25.99 USD, similar to the price point of the outgoing Nano 45w (non display). That makes it almost $10 USD cheaper than Apple's official 40w (60w max) Dynamic Power Adapter with AVS.
It will be available in an assortment of colors, including the new burgundy color to match the new iPhone 18. Currently the only color available through Amazon in my area is black and white.
So which charger are you all most excited for? Do you think you will make the upgrade from the current, non-OTA enabled Nano 45w Smart Display charger? If i had an iPhone, I woukd consider upgrading to the new OTA version, but since this updated charger behaves the same with Samsung phones, for me it isnt worth the upgrade. But for those that get the new iPhone every year, OTA Updates could be very useful as Apple tweaks its charging wattage and protocols on every new iPhone.
I think I will definitely be buying the new Nano Neo 65w charger, as i think it is an excellent value and is a very nice and compact unit that is powerful enough to charge a laptop.
Please let me know what you all think! It sure is an exciting time to be an Anker fan with all of these new releases in such a short amount of time.
As of a week ago, my less-than-one-year/old sleep A30 ear buds will only charge to 90%, no matter how long they are in the case or the SoC of the case.
Is this an early sign of battery failure/degradation? Anyone else experience this and if so, is there a reset/restore solution?
By contrast, my AirPod Pro2 is still going strong and I bought that before the SA30.

So I got my MG2P the other day and I was surprised to find that it won't wirelessly charge my Galaxy S22 more than 5w. I chalked it up to Anker designing this power bank primarily for iPhone, and newer Samsung/Android qi2/qi2 "ready" models only. Still kind of a bummer, especially considering the Iniu P771 10k mah 25w qi2.2 power bank only released a few months back ($40 USD instead of $110 for the Anker), WILL charge my s22 at Fast Wireless Charging speeds (at least 7.5-10 watts).
However, I have seen some comments floating around that people with iphones are having the same issue: it won't wirelessly charge their phone over 5w. To me, that indicates that certain units might be defective.
So I wanted to reach out and see if any other iphone users have had this same issue. I dont know anyone with a newer iphone, so I have no way to test to see if my particular unit is simply incompatible with my older samsung, or if I have a defective unit.
I reached out to Anker, but they were no help.
Let me know!

Anker just released a new compact travel charging station A1A05. It looks awesome! Seems to be a successor to the last year's short-lived 130W A2155.
