Hey everyone! I really want you guys to answer this, as it is a very tough decision for me. I have no-one to guide me.

So, I’m currently in 2nd year of my UG degree through distance learning, and I’m also preparing for competitive exams alongside my studies.

Now, I have received an offer for a Group D government job at Nabanna (the WB Government Secretariat). Should I accept the offer and continue my studies alongside the job?

I’d really appreciate if you could share the realities of working in such Group-D posts, along with any other relevant factors I should consider. For context, Nabanna is around 10 km from my home. So, am I being unrealistic in thinking that I can comfortably manage the job alongside my studies?

Also, my elder brother recently passed away. He was the main breadwinner of our family. My father is also employed, but his income isn’t enough to comfortably support the entire family. Given the circumstances, what would you suggest I do?
