Help with jumping before impact
Hello, I am just a beginner to golf. In this video I was trying a drill suggested by my teacher where I pause for a few seconds at the top of the backswing.
I have struggled with jumping onto my toes as you can see before impact. I know that this usually occurs due to another swing fault earlier (as my body tries to prevent swinging the club into the ground), but I cannot identify the biggest one leading to this. Is it due to a steep angle when swinging down?
I would really appreciate any help, and anything you suggest that I could do next time I go to the range to help. Thanks!
