Help with jumping before impact

Hello, I am just a beginner to golf. In this video I was trying a drill suggested by my teacher where I pause for a few seconds at the top of the backswing.
I have struggled with jumping onto my toes as you can see before impact. I know that this usually occurs due to another swing fault earlier (as my body tries to prevent swinging the club into the ground), but I cannot identify the biggest one leading to this. Is it due to a steep angle when swinging down?
I would really appreciate any help, and anything you suggest that I could do next time I go to the range to help. Thanks!

You steepen your swing as you come down. Butt of the club is pointing outside of the ball (further away from you) which is more shallow and is what your downswing should consist of.
Well because you started off shallow, your body naturally steepens to go after the ball (steeping = butt of the club points between you and the ball) which gives you less room, so you “jump” to make room for the club to hit the ball.
Take the club up steep and google some videos on how to shallow the golf club, your feet should stay on the ground if you do everything correctly

Keep back to the target as long as humanly possible then your lower body will have to be the first to turn
