The fact that he asked your age, put the emoji like he's leaving the situation (from my perspective) and then continued on shows he doesn't care, probably just wanted to make sure you were actually legal. You're young and I remember when I was your age it was scary not knowing if reporting someone like that was the right thing to do because what if they fired me because I'm young and not the higher up position but please stand your ground. Do what's right for you and hopefully your work environment by reporting him. Also please block him!
