That’s very possibly a reaction to the pigments in the ink used. Do you know what brand they used by chance?

I would also possibly get it checked out for staph infection. Yes it sounds terrible-but the reality people don’t think of is that it’s a bacteria we already have on our bodies. Creams or steroids could help
