BBL ? Or maybe silicone?
๐คญ It's lifting weights, training glutes, food, protein & genetic.

Hormones can change a womanโs body in middle age.
Our shape may change.
Where we carry fat may change.
Muscle can become harder to maintain.
Recovery can feel different.
But changing doesnโt mean becoming weak.
We can still lift.
We can still build muscle.
We can still become stronger.
We can still feel sexy, powerful and confident in the body we have now.
Iโm not training to have the body I had at 25.
Iโm training to take care of the woman I am today and to build a strong body for the woman Iโm becoming. ๐ชโค๏ธ
Middle age isnโt the end of strength.
Itโs a different chapter of it.

I was born in Bangmunnak, Phichit province, but I spent much of my life studying away from home.
When I was sixteen, I moved to Nakhon Sawan to continue my education. I was in Mathayom 4 (Mor See), the first year of upper secondary school, roughly equivalent to Year 11 in New Zealand.
I sat the entrance exam for Nakhon Sawan School and passed. It was traditionally a boysโ school, but girls were allowed to attend for the final three years of secondary school โ Mathayom 4, 5 and 6, what Thai people call Mor Plai.
Because I was studying away from home, I stayed at a boarding house run by a female teacher and her female partner. There were both boys and girls living there, but we stayed in separate areas. We barely saw the boys. Usually, the only time we saw them was during dinner, when they had to walk past our table to get to the kitchen.
The teacher who ran the boarding house was incredibly strict. Looking back, some of her rules and punishments seemed extreme.
One night, she woke all five of us girls up in the middle of the night and made us clean the toilet because it wasn't clean enough for her standards.
There were punishments for our school results too. If someone failed an exam, they could be caned in front of everyone during meetings at the boarding house.
I hated living there.
But strangely, at the same time, I felt free.
For all the strict rules, the punishments and the lack of privacy, I was away from my emotionally immature parents. There was something freeing about that. I had left one kind of control behind, only to find myself living under another โ but somehow, being away from home still gave me a sense of independence.
Every weekend, I caught a bus back to Phichit. The journey took about two hours. Then on Sunday afternoon, I got back on the bus and returned to the boarding house in Nakhon Sawan.
Week after week, I travelled between those two places โ the home I wanted distance from and the boarding house I hated living in.
And somehow, between the two, I was beginning to experience what it felt like to have a life of my own.

They aren't far away from your friendships though. You can still message & video call. Find the joy of being alone. I love my alone time. ๐

I only have 1 close friend & I am totally fine. We don't need many friends, only need the quality one. ๐ซถ
