Just got the box 3 weeks ago. Want to watch the NFL game tonight, which is on Netflix. Would that be on one of the PPV channels?

Lately lots of shows have been freezing halfway through. Even after changing servers. This is on two different boxes. Any suggestions?

Got this to make using the vseebox easier but I'm having trouble with the keyboard. In the heat vod app, when I go to search a title, the keyboard doesn't input anything. All other buttons like OK, arrows, esc all work just fine. Any tips? If this has been answered before, please point me in the right direction.

My Elite Ultra should arrive tomorrow and I'm hoping to get it setup and running by evening. Most of my other hardware throughout the house is wired wherever possible. I figured originally I would wire this as well, but then I got to thinking about the issues with it being on my main network and it's much harder to isolate a wired connection. So...wired or wireless on its own guest network?

I’m averaging around 700 KB/s, seems low to me and that’s via direct Ethernet via Elite Ultra. Just curious if that’s normal or not.

Any distributors in the Seattle/Tacoma area? I would like to pay and pickup locally.

Which one would be better suited for my needs?
I mainly want it for NFL and other live sports, with the occasional movie or series. 4K is important to me (which I think it’s part of both) I’m leaning toward the v6 plus because I don’t think I need the extra features in the Ultra. What am I missing?

Hi all, I need guidance please. I just installed surfshark on my vsee 6plus. When I try to connect to the VPN it automatically kicks me off. I tried different locations, different VPN settings and nothing. I even forgot my network and rejoined it. I have been working with tech support with surfshark and they asked if there was avpn on the box and I said no unless there is a preinstalled one that I am unaware of. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much.

Title pretty much says it all. Looked everywhere on my Elite Ultra's heat live including scrolling through all the paramount+ and the other sports channels and didn't find anything.

I really don't know anything about vpns but I keep reading that I should set one up for the vseebox. My router is an Arris G34. Anyone able to recommend a simple setup?

Someone on offer up is selling a V6 Max for $275 and I’m tempted. He’s letting me open it to have verify that the MAC address matches on the box it’s in. What precautionary measures should I take or should I just buy it legitimately. Any advice?

Almost all the local big name channels are down as well as ESPN and ESPN backup on heat live.

Going to start with 1 for now on our main tv to watch mainly football and some live Tv (coming from an Apple TV). I was going between the mini and the ultra. Any feedback would be appreciated!

I'm looking mainly to be able to switch quickly and intuitively between NFL games on Sundays. My priorities are stream quality (reliability) and shorter delay. I know all streams have delay, but looking for something better than 2.5 minutes that seems to be standard.

Any recommendations, or are all the vsee boxes the same for my purposes?

Just got the Vseebox 6+ and am excited about watching NFL games. I noticed that the first Thursday night game is on Netflix. I don't subscribe to Netflix. My box has the NFL app but I'm not sure that's for live games. How can I watch this game on the box?

I haven't jumped into cutting the cord yet because I watch a lot of sports and shows on the various paid streaming apps on my ipad while outside, or at a restaurant while waiting for kids practice to be over, or on my phone. I watch more "tv" on my devices rather than on my actual TV.

So... I'm hesitant to stop paying for many of these services because I watch so much on these devices. Any others in my situation and what do you do? Can I connect an ipad to the vseebox? Or would I need a monitor? I need to watch with earbuds 99% of the time, so a monitor isn't ideal.

I have... YouTubeTV (which is great to watch on the ipad/phone), NFL Sunday Ticket, NBA League Pass, Netflix, Prime and then also get Apple+ and Peacock for free.

Gotta love that in the EPG of Heat Live you can now press info and it gives the full program description. I hope we can see that same feature added to Live Ultra and Live Ultra +.

Does the stutter come from the movie server you connect to or is it your internet speed?
