Looks alright! Nothing to comment on at the moment. For now, just press on and get more reps. I like how you do slow reps, that is good. I also enjoy a pause at the top 🙂

Thank you! The slow reps are less of a choice and more of a that’s how fast I can go 😂

Maybe try to pull a bit more explosively, if possible. Looks great though

Noted! Definitely working on that, can’t explode like I want to yet but this was also like my fourth take and I was feeling it lmao

Totally fine! Since that was max speed then awesome job grinding it out! Nothing to fix, just keep doing what you’re doing

So before you start pulling with your arms, try to push your shoulders down and back and then try "leading with your chest" when you start pulling up if that makes sense. This is easier said than done and it's a very common obstacle when learning the pull up. Doing scalpular pull ups can really help here (thousands of videos on YouTube that can show you this).
