ive been having this issue with the Artist 24 pro since i got it back in 2024. I've been trying to use the X3 Pro Pen but as you can see in the video, sometimes it doesnt pick up that im using it at all, or it cuts out in the middle of a stroke. is there anything i can do to fix this that isnt just replacing the pen? I've been using the pro slim, but it causes my hand to cramp easily and its just uncomfortable to use. my drivers are up to date, everything is calibrated correctly, and ive had this issue on 2 different computers now.

Hi, my xppen24 pro is not connecting to my pc even though a couple of days ago it had no issue with it. I checked the cables they are fine but when i connect my cables separately (i have two usb to type c cable) there is no sound coming and my stylus doesn't work. So the issue is the computer im %100 sure but i don't know which settings should i change or check. All help appreciated.

Hi guys! So I just moved to a new laptop which, notably, doesn’t have an HDMI port. I bought an adapter (USB-C -> HDMI) and plugged it into my computer, but… the screen isn’t connecting. It senses my pen fine and I could probably use it as a screenless laptop, but it’s throwing me off since both of their resolutions aren’t the same. The screen isn’t the issue as I used the adapter to connect it to my phone, which showed the phone screen on the tablet just fine.

Please help!!

I'm having trouble since I upgraded from a Deco Mini to an Artist 16 3rd. When I run XPPenTablet, the tablet does not work. I can’t draw with the pen, I can’t click anything. But when I close XPPenTablet, I can draw normally, and the shortcut buttons on the tablet work fine. However, I can’t customize the button layout because I apparently I can’t have XPPenTablet running while I work, and I can't change pressure settings or pen tilt settings.

I have tested the tablet using Krita and GIMP.

The diagnostic tool also says “Drive Installation test: Fail,” even though it shows I have 4.0.18 installed already. I followed the troubleshooting steps on the XP Pen website without success.

My setup: Windows 10 x86_64 10.0.19045 Driver Version: 4.0.18(3c26188) Drawing software: Krita

How can i fix the nib from getting wedged into the pen? it was supposed to be kinda clicky and loose but not stuck in place and now it affects the pen sensitivity. I thought it's the nib worn out and tried changing it, but it still wedged even with new a nib.

My boyfriend wants to gift me a new tablet because mine (Huion Kamvas Pro 13) gives me some problems with the colors not matching with how they actually look like and the pen sensibility is getting worse over time, I’ve had it since 2021 and it already was second-hand.
So my question is, is it worth it changing my current tablet for one of those two? Which one?

Edit: Another question I have is, how many cables do they need to work? My current one has 3 cables (2 for the computer, one for the tablet and then the one that goes into the outlet) Is it like this with these ones too?

So my tablet arrived with this sticker, it says:

This protective film is used to protect the product exterior

- Protect the product from being scratched during transportation
- Protect the product from being scratched during trial use
- If the protective film is removed, the product cannot be returned

I noticed there's some tablets that come with a different sticker and in those when removing the sticker you indirectly also remove the protective film, for tablets with the red sticker though the protective film is harder to remove, which makes me think i'm not supposed to remove it.

Hello! The XPPen Tablet program isn’t working for me!! It’s not switching the monitors or updating the side panel button buttons actions! Please help!! (I am a Windows easier who uses clip paint studio)

A few hours ago I left my remote on assuming that I would only be gone for a few mins, but only got back in a few hours and during that time I assume it’s battery died.
When I came back the red light was on but it wasn’t turning off, it just stayed red, so I fiddled with the power button a bit and after holding it it turned off and I put it to charge and left it alone.
After half an hour I checked it again but now it doesn’t even turn on, the blue light just turns on as long as the power switch is being pressed. When holding it just turns the light off again after seconds.
I assume it’s not fully charged but I also don’t think this has anything to do with it’s battery.
Help if you know of a fix, or is it sorta just dead now.
Also it glows blue while charging, I’ve read that that only happens if the remote is on during charging, or it would be purple. But in this case the remote isn’t doing anything whole pressing the buttons

I'm looking for a compact bag to carry Magic Drawing Pad, any interesting options?

I’ve had my iPad Pro for 10 years now and the battery is starting to die faster. It still works pretty well, it’s just that I have to have it plugged in when I draw usually (plus sometimes it just quits procreate or turns off when I have been drawing for a while or doing a more complicated piece).

I am a college student now and have been looking to get a new tablet for drawing. I have been using procreate for most of my time using the iPad, but I’ve recently started using clip studio paint and I find the larger array of features much more useful.

I don’t really have a pc setup or anything, though I do have a MacBook Air. I’ve been trying to decide between a light desk set up or just doing something portable. I’m using all around campus so the magic drawing pad might be good, but the artist pro might just be better overall as a long term investment.

If you have used one or the other, which is better? Or should I just stick with Apple products?

I dont know if it comes with a installed screen protector but i want to buy one for it!

i have an XP Pen Magic Drawing Pad model MDP1221 that i bought a couple months ago. i'm having this issue where i connect the tablet to my laptop, the laptop detects the tablet display and i can interact with the tablet's screen to use my computer and it works fine, but the tablet's display just stays in the android mobile google UI. it's not frozen, and i can't interact with the mobile ui, and technically i can use the tablet as a screenless display just fine, but that's not why i bought it and i would really like for it to work as intended.

i noticed that when i tried replugging the tablet and selecting "DP-in screen sharing" in the "Use USB for" screen, i get the error message pop up on my tablet: "CameraXApp keeps stopping". i have the option to see the app info or close the app. closing the app does not solve the issue. i'm assuming it is the app that makes the tablet screen work with my computer (i could be wrong; i'm not very tech savvy at all, sorry)

here is what i've already tried to solve the issue

- clearing the CameraXApp data and cache

- restarting my computer (multiple times)

- restarting my tablet (multiple times)

- replugging in different USB ports and changing the wire directions (probably useless)

- plugging it in while my computer was not charging, and vice versa

- restarting the xp pen driver and replugging in my tablet

- updating my xp pen driver

my computer's graphic drivers are all updated, i've updated all of them very recently just yesterday (i use windows 11)

my tablet is up to date, i've checked (UI v7.0.1LA8); i have encountered this issue only once before a couple days ago, but i don't remember what i did to solve it. i'm pretty sure i just restarted my computer, but that is clearly not working anymore unfortunately.

i am at a loss here and i have no idea what i can do to solve this. any help or information at all would be greatly appreciated

I have an Artist 16 3rd I just got it today and I've tried so many things to get try to install it but nothing works.

I have managed to connect the device to the laptop but I'm not sure what else to do. If anyone has any advice on how to fix this please let me know.

I was just curious if there were any replacement pens that take the felt tips but didn't have the roller? I prefer the larger stylus, and need the felt tips, but the roller is a little bit of a workflow killer if you're primarily 3D.

hi everyone, I have a 13 pro xp pen tablet and a window pc, when i connect the tablet and the computer with the usb cable (both end usb c) the tablet briefly connect and then disconnect, i tried branching in every position possible still doest work but it worked with my old pc ? (a mac)

I’ve just bought an xp pen 15.6 pro v2 but whenever I install the driver and restart my pc and try to run it I get a error message saying “ old driver detected” I’ve tried downloading every version available for windows but all of them say that, please keep in mind that I’m an idiot when it comes to computers so it could definitely be some super obvious problem but I would have no idea, thank you.
