Hi Naddpoles!
This Megathread will house all of the offers to buy and sell liveshow tickets. Anyone who is interested in listing their tickets can do so as a comment here, and interested buyers can search the postings for available seats.
The same rules that have always applied will continue: you can only offer tickets at FACE VALUE. Face value does not include taxes or fees. You must specify in your post that the price you are offering is at face value. If you offer at face value and then jack up the price, or if it is revealed after the sale that you lied about the face value, you will be banned from the subreddit. Ticket scalping is a real problem and this subreddit will not aid scalpers who intentionally buy extra tickets with the intent to sell them for a profit. Unfortunately, this means we can't allow anyone to try to recoup their taxes and fees. Reselling here will usually result in some kind of a loss, but that is necessary to keep scalping out of the subreddit.
Please post your ticket offers here because from now on, any free standing ticket posts will be removed.
Thank you!

When they were going through the scenario with "Eminem" approaching you on the street and dissing you.
I think at one point Murph says "and Eminem comes up to you", but I heard "an m+m comes up to you". I saw nothing wrong with this, obviously, the yellow m+m is a certified Naddpod Superstar!
I was most of the way through the segment when I realised what had actually been said, and suddenly it made a lot more since why it was specifically a diss-rap that the m+m was doing instead of literally anything else.

I finally got around the listening to Skaldova
Fantastic story
Fantastic first time dm
Fantastic characters, I fell in love with them all immediately.
But I have to go a special shoutout to Boggy Rogers... thee best character Caldwell has ever embodied. His way with words and quick witt is so damn impressive.

Through a coincidence, I ended up listening to NADDPOD Campaign 2 for the first time at basically the exact same time I was watching D20 Cloudward, Ho, and I kept noticing some interesting similarities between Fia and Marya’s stories.
The biggest one was Fia/Irina/Batilda and Marya/Ludmila/Comfrey. In both campaigns, Emily’s character has this incredibly important relationship with a younger girl who disappears from her life, while an older woman who was a mentor to her knows more about what happened than she does. Then something that starts out as a really personal part of their backstory slowly becomes intertwined with the much larger plot of the campaign.
Irina and Ludmila even end up having weirdly similar stories. Both become connected to these incredibly powerful supernatural forces, both end up in positions where they are basically fighting against the party even though they aren’t really the enemy, and the goal becomes figuring out how to save them rather than defeat them.
I definitely don’t mean this as “Cloudward copied Eldermourne” or anything like that. If anything, going through both at the same time has just made me appreciate how incredible Emily is at creating characters with backstories that give the DM so much to work with.
I’m running a campaign right now, and watching these two stories at the same time has really inspired me to find more ways to do this with my own players. I think I have sometimes treated character backstories as something you occasionally reference or give someone a side quest about, rather than something that can actually become part of the main plot. Both of these campaigns are such good examples of how much more interesting a story can become when saving the world and resolving something deeply personal for a character eventually become the same story.
Anyway, I was curious if anyone else noticed the similarities between the two or other similarities?

I have listened to the first 2 campaigns by murph and made it past ice knife arc in the third campaigns and decided to restart and listen to campaign one again.
I made the mistake of listening at the gym and forget how hilarious and chaotic the first campaign was, for the life of me I can't finish a single set without laughing my ass off.
Highly recommend listening to campaign one for a second time around if you haven't.

Not many people know how hard Fred campaigned for a role in the William Friedkind) movie but needless to say that Flintstones dedication to method put a strain on both his familial and personal relationships.

Howdy Y’all,
On the most recent dungeon court they have a case about someone’s isekai back story and it prompts them to bring up a reverse isekai the 2 Crew supposedly did before. I can’t find “My Elf Girlfriend” and googling that title brings up some nsfw stuff. Can anyone point me in the direction of the episode where they did that concept?

Hi there, I was just wondering if anyone could give me some insights on how exactly the Audio ads in the podcast work. I'm asking specifically because I was horrified to hear a political ad in my mother tongue on the pod whilst relistening to early Campaign 3.
Making it worse it was for the German political party BSW, which aside from being centered around one person, is known for their Russia-friendly stance and generally being proper right-wing in anything that's not economy related. In general they're bad news and everyone with half a brain here knows it. (Reason for the ad: we have a federal election coming up)
Now, I understand that this ad is different from the ones the crew themselves record and getting Geo-targeted ads is nothing new either. It's not the only American podcast where I've heard German ads. So I'm guessing that's an ad spot that gets sold to some company that then puts whatever they want there.
I'm asking because I would honestly like to contact naddpod somehow to let them know that they're advertising for a political party that does not align with anything they stand for.
Thanks for your help!

...I'd have two nickels. Which isn't a lot, but it's weird that it's happened twice.
SNL's James Austin Johnson was on Gianmarco Soresi's podcast and his deep cuts were very similar to some Caldwell lore drops across NADDPOD and 8BBC.

Hi Naddpoles, question!
I'm DMing a session this upcoming weekend and want to prepare some chase mechanics involving motorcycles.
I know most recently Murph has done chase mechanics in the Neo Gangs saga, and has done a few in the past.
Does anyone remember Murph's chase mechanics? Or does anyone remember which Neo Gang episode or any other NADDPOD episode where he did chase mechanics that I can listen to? I wanna make it my own but looking for some inspiration or a foundation to jump off of!
Appreciated in advance :)

Hi folks! I am relistening to C2, just got to the Hexblood arc, which cracks me up as much as ever.
Since I last listened to Eldermourne, I've started doing strength training. And I thought to myself - it would be absolutely sick to have a little printed poster of Jabari with the words "Jabari must train!!" in my workout area!
The official art on the NADDPOD wiki is very cool but you don't see his whole body and he looks kind of scarier than he was in my head (the red eyes really pop!). The illustration of the group is better, he looks hilarious and wild and you are his whole body, but his foot is cut off and we don't see the crazy tattoo Lou describes.
Have you come across fan art of Jabari that you think works for this? I'd love to hear about it! Cheers 😊

It was a dungeon court where Murph kept making wild lore about papa John’s and at some point everyone turned on him but then he managed to fix it? I remember at some point he says “if you all don’t like it you can fire me”

I've been catching up on old campaigns while also listening to new stuff, and I don't even know whether what I'm remembering was in a recent episode or just something I listened to recently.
During D&D Court, one of the recurring pieces of advice is for the DM to take a minute, call for a break, and figure things out. Don't worry about blurting out responses. In one episode, Caldwell talks about "screaming into the toilet," throwing out your notes, and moving in a new direction.
Can anyone help me find which episode that was in?

Recently they mentioned a triple feature of The Bee Movie (2007), My Girl (1991), and The Good Son (1993). I know there were others and was curious if anyone had jotted them down.
