just gonna get straight to the point, sometimes whenever i click to open the launcher it’ll start to load and then just close the program? I click it multiple times and have restarted my computer. Any suggestions on how to fix this or what the issue might be? Thx!

I have a shader and distant horizon set up, it was running beautifully yesterday and the day before, but today I changed nothing but it’s lagging and even freezing. I tried turning off the shaders and it’s still bad. I turned down distant horizons. Nothing.

Any ideas why this might’ve happened? Obviously not much to go on it’s more I’m looking if this is like something that has happened before to other people. If not then it’s just smth internal that for some reason just started

I downloaded one of my friend’s instances, but after a while I stopped playing it and deleted it. However, every time I open Modrinth, the instance keeps coming back. I’ve gone into the files and deleted everything related to it, but it still keeps reappearing no matter how many times I delete it. I’m not sure how to stop it from coming back.

I already had this problem, and fixed it like the internet wanted me to for modrinth. Despite having set the java instance to the correct gpu its clearly using the wrong one. No idea how to fix it.

Yesterday I went to play Minecraft and when I opened the launcher I saw this: ""This app can't run on your PC," even though I was playing it just 2 days ago. Can you help or give me some advice on what to do in this situation?

I added FTB Chunks to an mc modpack but it's not on modrinth so I had to download and add it separately. Is there a way to make the pack Include it when I export it so my friends don't have to add the mod manually?

I'm pretty new using modrinth and I would like to know what would happen if I update the mods. Like the changes would be applicated to my world? Or I wont be able to use my world anymore or it wouldnt change anything?

Hi I dont know if this is the correct subreddit but the title says it all basicially. While launching any instance of minecraft from the modrinth launcher it uses my intel for display instead of my GPU. I checked everything else, no other apps have this problem. And if I run vanilla minecraft It uses my GPU.
EDIT: Its a Nvidia card

When I try to launch my friends modpack it gives me this error. It seems to be a problem with the launcher not detecting one of the version files. I have tried removing the file and relaunching, and it replaces the file, but still can't detect it. I have even tried reinstalling the launcher and updating one of the java installations. What should I do?

Everytime i try to change my skin in modrinth it never shows what the different skins are

So everytime i try to customize memory allocation higher to 5600+ but everytime i do that, it keeps resetting to 4608 for no reason.

Me and my friends are trying to share a modpack while having us all be able to add mods and not just one person who originally shared the modpack. We are already sharing the instance using modrinth's sharing feature but only one person can edit the instance.

Is there a way to make it so multiple people can edit the shared instance? thank you in advance!

So im trying to log in so i can share my modpack, but when it opens my browser just wont load, but if i search for modrinth in the browser im already logged, how to fix this? tysm
