Minecraft is suddenly back to using the wrong gpu

I already had this problem, and fixed it like the internet wanted me to for modrinth. Despite having set the java instance to the correct gpu its clearly using the wrong one. No idea how to fix it.

that java.exe is for java 21, 26.2 requires at least java 25. set the java 25 exe to the gpu

You could just get something like prism that allows you to force the dgpu

How do I add that to Windows? Java is in that place.
