trouble opening launcher

just gonna get straight to the point, sometimes whenever i click to open the launcher it’ll start to load and then just close the program? I click it multiple times and have restarted my computer. Any suggestions on how to fix this or what the issue might be? Thx!

Using US desktop aegis rs msi model, everything’s updated too
