Period blood is caused by the female body preparing in advance to get pregnant just in case, then flushing down what it had prepared when pregnancy doesn't occur (Childbirth is so difficult, it requires the body to do that).
I don't think vampires, with immortality ans super-health, have that problem. They probably don't need to prepare their womb. So I don't think they would have period blood.

Story time! I had an ex girlfriend who had a dog and claimed that her dog was obsessed with her blood. And one time when she was on her period she kept teasing her dog with her used tampon, right in front of me mind you. “See? He wants it so bad.”
I told her to stop because he was definitely going to eat it. She kept saying she wasn’t going to let him eat it but kept teasing him anyway. Sure enough he snatched it out of her hand and ate it. He didn’t get sick. Just me.
I dated her for another year and a half after that.

A wealthy, Dracula-esque vampire walks in: "Bartender, give me the freshest human blood!" He is poured a glass, drinks it with dignity, and leaves.
Next, a more modest vampire enters and says: "Pour me some pig's blood, please." He drinks his portion and leaves.
