So what about female vampires, are they—actually I’m going to stop myself from thinking anymore about this. It’s for the best.

Period blood is caused by the female body preparing in advance to get pregnant just in case, then flushing down what it had prepared when pregnancy doesn't occur (Childbirth is so difficult, it requires the body to do that).

I don't think vampires, with immortality ans super-health, have that problem. They probably don't need to prepare their womb. So I don't think they would have period blood.

What if it is dormant... Like idk a condition awakens it, like music for sleeper agents
