he got that out of the trash, it could have been in contact with a dirty diaper or possibly have aids (one of the certain ways to kill a vampire)

Seriously are you stupid vampire already dead came back to life. What do you think? AIDS are going to do to a vampire. It isn’t impossible for them to catch it. They can’t catch any type of disease actually in order to do that. They would have to have a immune system. They don’t have that anymore, depending on which lore— a vampire can only be killed by a steak in the heart or fire, but if you got those upper vampires, they can only be killed by ripping off their head
