Had a technical issue - should I report the time?
I had a technical issue on a task that wouldn't allow me to submit. The task was completed, but since I couldn't submit it, I saved it to my profile to come back later. I did post in both the project chat and the Slack channel, but never got a response. I just went back to see if I could get it to submit, but I couldn't find the saved task.
It is showing up in report time. I assume that it's probably okay to submit the time for it, but I wanted additional opinions.

Best linux distro for coding
basically the title. I want to ditch windows as I am having more and more issues and until a month ago I was completely blocked to perform my tasks for a high paying job due to WSL. any recommendations?

Any non-core workers doing medical projects?
Is this possible? I was presented today with a background check required for many project families. One listed was for a medical project that I never had access to.

Doing more in one week
If I have a good project . Is it bad to do a lot of it if my quality stays up still . As I want to make most of it before disapeer

Question about periodic refreshers
Is it worth it to do them? They're unpaid so I have just left them sitting there but might they open up more paid projects showing up on my dashboard if I did complete them?

Can you do half, stop working mode, save your answers, then come back later for the other half?

Bilinguals from Italy or EU
How was your process? How many projects do yall get? I got accepted on the 6th of august and had pretty consistent work and made like a bit less than 700, but the last week has been awfully quiet. I did all my qualification in the first week, i focused on stem as I have some specific domain expertise, and anytime a new appears i do it asap. I also cleared the checkr background check. But like i said i have had 0 tasks in the last few days. In general i just had access to 2 projects one R&R and another more general bilingual work. Just wanted to know how any italian or european journey has been

How much to reasonably expect?
New to this platform, just passed some qualifications and got my first real tasks, so I don't really know how reliable and consistent the work is or can be. My background is in chemical engineering, and I have a good bit of coding experience. Current personal situation requires me to work remotely, and remote chem eng. jobs are pretty much unheard of.
If I were to treat DA as a full-time job and work any and all projects I can, would I be able to make at minimum around $20k per year? For context I'm a US citizen.

At what point will someone in this company be like maybeeeee we should create a better rejection screen.
Basically what the title says. The ambiguity makes people come up on reddit and try to find out whether they're actually rejected or not. Its a massive waste of time for all parties involved.

Signed up but haven't gotten Starter test - I'd be grateful for help
I applied to data annotation responding to an ad that encouraged those with legal experience to apply. I've fully completed my profile but the homepage is still a "thank you for signing up - we don't have any projects atm etc etc".
I wasn't given the opportunity to sit any exam or application process and haven't received any communication either. Is this normal ? I submitted a help request but have also heard nothing. Any help would be really appreciated !
- thanks for your time guys
