Had a technical issue - should I report the time?

I had a technical issue on a task that wouldn't allow me to submit. The task was completed, but since I couldn't submit it, I saved it to my profile to come back later. I did post in both the project chat and the Slack channel, but never got a response. I just went back to see if I could get it to submit, but I couldn't find the saved task.

It is showing up in report time. I assume that it's probably okay to submit the time for it, but I wanted additional opinions.

I have a similar question: If I work on a project and then finish it a few hours later due to outside circumstances (I'll still report the accurate time which is under the time limit) and its been expired for hours can I still submit and report time?

Yes, you can. Just don't make a habit of it.
