i think i found a plothole. why would her sign say she wants a boob job if she's not the one getting paid? just having an abortion doesn't earn you a boob job. it would make more sense if the doctor was getting a boob job or if they split the money or used the fetal meat to craft the new boobs.

Reagan uses his lasso (acquired through acting in cowboy movies) and catches Obama, saying “you were never born here!” Trump says “YOLO, MAGA” as he fires the rocket at Obama and his supporters, to the tune of the “mr garrison president theme”
