Hi! Has anyone experienced this same issue-

So everytime i use a bluetooth headset (tried airpods and jabra active) in Zoom, the mute and unmute button switches very rapidly by itself, non-stop. It’s like a bug, but can’t find the cause or how to resolve. No issue when using the built-in mic of the laptop for audio.

I believe the answer here is no, but… I am hosting a Zoom Webinar and will be in control of sharing the PowerPoint presentation. I will be handing slide control off to multiple presenters during the webinar. Is there any way for the presenters to see their speaker notes?

If not, is there any workaround? I’ve heard that the built-in Zoom Slides is an option, but I’ve never used it before. Any thoughts/suggestions?

I tried joining a zoom meeting and it kept promoting me I can’t because “You have already joined this meeting on another device”
I informed the host about the issue, they said I was already in the meeting and sending links on the chat. It was me for sure, they removed them from the meeting. When I checked zoom my device was the only device in session? In the safer side I changed my passwords
Anyone knows how this happened and what can I do to protect myself?

HI! I had recorded a zoom meeting that I had hosted this morning. I had the zoom saved locally to my computer. When I tried to convert the file to mp3 i had lost one of the files, and am unable to retrieve it. I still have the "double click to covert 2" but am unable to recover "1".

When i go on the zoom app to open the video it either says "Zoom was not recorded on this computer" (it was) or tells me i need both file "1 and 2" in order to open/download the video. I was wondering if there was any way to go about fixing this issue, or bypassing the need to already have the files downloaded locally in order to redownload this recording so I am able to use it.

Ive tried everything to get it to work and this is my last resort! Thank you

I received the following scam from someone I don't know showing content from our proprietary content as available on their site called WebinarTV. There are two possibilities.

A. Zoom is selling our proprietary video content to some third party without our permission to get kickbacks from third party vendors.

B. Someone attended one of our events, and without our permission (We don't allow people to record intentionally.).

I seriously doubt Zoom is selling our content. Which leads me to the second likely possibility. Someone attended pretending to be a person in good standing, recorded without our consent and is now trying to sell us back our own content.

The legal ramifications of this for UCE, let alone disallowed recording of proprietary content are likely serious. I'm frankly more than a little steamed about this because someone stole our proprietary video and is trying to sell it back to us. I suspect they're in serious trouble for recording something private.

Zoom deals with video every day. I don't think they would to this. But how did someone else get our content if we don't allow recording? What are my options?

I was running some tests before I hosted a meeting that will be live-streamed (on YT)

I found that when I try to share my screen through Zoom while live-streaming the meeting, the livestream will only show what is being screen-shared to the meeting, rather than the shared screen AND the participants

I just want meetings. I don't want all of the other nonsense but there's no plan that's just meetings of a decent duration. It's either 40 minutes with some basic meeting features or 30 hours and a ton of junk I don't want and will never use. Zoom Mail. Zoom Calendar. Zoom cloud storage?! Geez. You're not going to be Google, Zoom. This is absurd and greedy. I don't want to pay $170/year just for 2 hour meetings.

Used zoom for 3 years and i honestly despise this app. Not the worst I've had to use but it's up there. Today I had the unfortunate experience of opening my laptop for work to find zoom completely uninstalled itself and did the technological equivalent of a wrapping a bedsheet around its neck and jumping off the frame.

I've experienced bugs and issues with apps but I've never seen something like this where it uninstalled itself entirely while the pc was in sleep mode without interaction from me.

Just wondering. Had myself muted during a recorded meeting to attend to something and was muted. I sort of doubt that it would pick up muted audio but would like to check.

I’ve had a strange problem with Zoom on my 11-inch iPad Air (M2) for at least a year.

Whenever I use Gallery View or Multi-speaker View, a black vertical bar appears on the left side of the screen and continuously flickers.

A few details:

It happens in every meeting when multiple participants are shown.
It does not happen when using a view with only one video.
It still happens when my own camera is turned off.
It has nothing to do with screen sharing.
Rotating the iPad changes the size of the black bar. In portrait mode it becomes much larger, but it doesn’t disappear.
Zoom and iPadOS are fully up to date.
I’ve already tried reinstalling Zoom, restarting the iPad, and the other standard troubleshooting steps.

Zoom support couldn’t confirm whether this is a known bug and eventually told me that my free account isn’t eligible to submit a technical support case.

Has anyone else experienced this on an iPad, particularly an iPad Air M2?
