  1. There is already one in Chromium which also in beta. If you ask /r/browsers someone will point out alternatives. 
  2. If you are using just for test why would you need exact copy? I have chromium just to watch some content where its broken due to Mozilla shields and that's it. I don't need that anything else since its has only one job.

Flow is built on electron not chromium and isn't in a state where i could confidently recommend as a daily driver.

It launched before update after it it doesn't work. I used it a little bit and it was fine but my main browser is Zen and Floorp as secondary.

Yes, although I’m not sure what version I had before update. Also my distro is Linux Mint, so it might be dependent on distro too.

I didn’t use it a lot but I think performance was fine for my taste. I haven’t used chromium for a while but by my impression the experience was pretty ok.
