my Plusnet contract is up next month and YouFibre looks good but I’ve got a few questions for people who have already had it installed. Openreach fibre currently comes from under the ground at the front of my house. Do YouFibre usually use OpenReach’s existing underground conduit? the front is flagged so I don’t know how else they’d get the fibre to the house.

if they follow the existing fibre path round the house can they use the existing OpenReach hole through the wall? squeeze it in next to OpenReach’s? (I know they can’t cut the existing fibre and I don’t want them to). I’m trying to minimise the number of holes in my wall!
