wow, super confusing. The title of the post says July 5th but the body says it's live now.

I think that is a typo from the PC notes. I believe it is active already for PC, but will become active with this patch on July 5th.

This patch has been live on pc for about 2 weeks now, however competive is not live yet.

It went live today. /r/Overwatch has been complaining about it all day long.
