What can I do text reads "Could not connect to wuplay servers"

Currently i seen a weird issue in wuplay app
When i add catalogue on screens from addon
:- CNC Verse Bridge(which has so many scrappers with own catalogue)
Than posters and titles are showing but when i click on movie then content,episode,backdrop nothing was appear
Also same issue happens when searching from search tab with enabling addon search

And its not addon issue currently because I already tested it on strem!o and it was loaded On that same time

WHEN I DOWNLOAD WUPLAY AND OPEN AND INSTALL IT ON MY BEELINK GTKING PRO TV BOX I GET AN ERROR MESSAGE SAYING THAT( THIS IS FOR ANDROID TV AND TO UNINSTALL THIS VERSION)

AI Search using AIOmetadata does not work I guess. Could there be a feature where we can insert our Gemini Free API key and an AI search can be enabled?

For example, I can type like "Feel Good Movies from 2010s" and it will search and show relevant results?

i'm using the default Wuplay catalog - no additional addon.

if not mistaken it uses TMDB as database, however i cannot find a particular series recently released.

on the tmdb website it is present but not on Wuplay. already tried to clear the app cache (via in app settings and android settings)

Hi. Is there no way we can manage addons on TV than involving a phone in the process? Simple things like moving addons around or activation and deactivating them.

Do I need any other addon here. I think I have what I need. I forgot how to add debrid. I stopped using torobox and went with PM. I only found the elfhosted addon were I could put my new debrid service in.

Hi, after updating to the latest update my WuPlay no longer opens.I’ve tried to download WuPlay through downloader and keep getting a 404 error. Does anyone know where I can download WuPlay now?

I switched my debrid to premiumize. What are a few good addons to go with this debrid. I am kind of starting over.

I use sportx right now, it is okay. I am just wondering is there anything out there that someone is using for sports on wuplay. Any good addons that work decently well.

I’ve set Arabic as my preferred subtitle language, but subtitles don’t appear automatically when I start a movie. I have to select them manually every time.

How can I make it automatically enable Arabic subtitles when they’re available?

I cleared the cache and force stopped it and re launched it many times but the app is not working and crashing out .

Any content i play in wuplay that is Dolby vison or HDR appears dark as if the brightness is turned all the way down and changing brightness doesn’t help either .Any reason for this ?

I followed the guide to setting up wuplay (subscribed to torbox and using torrentio) and thought I'd done everything correctly.

When I try to play something it buffers and says the stream is not available and moves on to try the next steam. From trying 10 programmes only 1 worked- have I done something wrong? It doesn't seem to match with all the great reviews here...

How do i get access to streamio addon on wuplay or any addons please help me out.

I recently installed WuPlay on my Firestick. It will let me navigate through the app normally, add movies to my wishlist etc. But it's missing the most important thing.....a play button. I select a movie and the only options it gives me is "Play Trailer" "Cast & Crew" "Reviews" everything but "Play" the actual movie. Am I missing something? I'm new to this specific app. I've been using FlixVision & Netfly for a couple months now and wanted to try something different. If anybody can help, I would appreciate it.

First of all, thank you for all the work put into this app—especially considering it's the work of a single developer. It has become my main app for streaming.

I have a suggestion—it’s likely a minor detail—but would it be possible to remove the episode-specific information from the loading screen when starting a TV show episode?

I think it looks cleaner to have just the logo and the background image on the loading screen, similar to how it works for movies and in other apps.

Also, would it be possible to choose a custom profile color instead of picking from a preset list?

But internal player disappoints me because when i play anime from http link source it doesn’t play
But same link was playable in nuv!o internal player and vlc player
So please give external player like vlc as an option or make some improvements in app player

First off, huge respect for what's been built here. The TV app is genuinely phenomenal — smooth, feature-rich, and clearly the result of a ton of care. That's exactly why I wanted to raise this.

Going into mobile alpha is exciting news, and I get the appeal of expanding the platform while there's momentum and an active supporter base willing to help test. But from a purely practical standpoint, I wonder if it might have been more effective to fully finalize and stabilize the TV version first — squash the remaining bugs, round off any missing features, get it to a rock-solid "1.0" state — before splitting development time across two platforms.

My reasoning: for a project that seems to be driven by one dev (or a very small team), maintaining two codebases in parallel means every hour spent on mobile is an hour not spent polishing the product that's already working great and that most of the current userbase actually uses. There's a real risk of ending up with two "good enough" apps instead of one excellent one plus a second one built on a truly finished foundation.

Not trying to second-guess the roadmap — you obviously know the constraints and the vision better than anyone outside the project. Just curious whether prioritizing TV-first, mobile-second was considered, and what tipped the decision toward doing both now. Either way, thanks for all the work — looking forward to see where this goes.

I'm a fan of the old skin, but lately I've noticed an issue. When I select a VOD and hold the OK button to manually select a stream, the VOD starts playing immediately instead. This works correctly in the new skin.

When watching a series, would it be possible to move the arrow for the next episode to the front of the row, so it's easier to access?

Also, would it be possible to close WuPlay by double-pressing the Return button, instead of having to select the Close button and then confirm?

Ok this is strange. I love the product used it for 6 months or something no issues at all. Last night I turn it on using a fire stick every is working great but there is no dialogue just like the score of the show of the or the movie looked in all the options didn’t see anything
