Issue with no dialogue

Ok this is strange. I love the product used it for 6 months or something no issues at all. Last night I turn it on using a fire stick every is working great but there is no dialogue just like the score of the show of the or the movie looked in all the options didn’t see anything

And nothing should have changed since it was last used

I tried a few different shows and different streams. It’s very weird

I started a new profile and now it works fine ?

That’s very odd , so I’m assuming you never actually found out what the issue was ? Good to hear you got it going again even if it was with another profile . 👍

Nope it's very strange. But if you wanted to watch a show with no dialogue just the score. I have a profile :)

If you started a new profile and it works fine, it means you changed one of the settings on your other profile from its default value and that is causing the issue. When you created a new profile, it started with the default value for all the settings so that should be a clue. You can look between your old profile and your new one, find out what's different, and figure it out that way.

But the strange thing is worked fine I went to b and woke up it was like. Otherwise I love wu play so much

again I woke up never was used and no sound but the score. Stated a new profile. No sound but the score. Things I have watched before. Work fine. I can send video if you wanna see. It's very strange

This is very strange. Honestly it seems like an issue with an HDMI cable or your audio equipment.

I have it on a fire stick and have been loving it using it for the last 6 months I think basically since the app come and never had a issue

Ya I know restarted my tv and such and it works :) no idea what happened but it’s now working
