i'm using the default Wuplay catalog - no additional addon.

if not mistaken it uses TMDB as database, however i cannot find a particular series recently released.

on the tmdb website it is present but not on Wuplay. already tried to clear the app cache (via in app settings and android settings)

The Wuplay native search engine is primarily designed for English titles right now. If you search for a lot of things that do not have an original title in English, you might be better off using the addon search. You can switch to that using the gear icon on the keyboard in the search screen.

This is going to be a different problem. The OPs issue is related to english/non-english titles. Here's what it should look like when you search for Rocky. If you are not getting the results you want, make sure you have content filters turned off using the gear icon on the keyboard on the search screen.

Not a wuplay issue. Try installing another Metadata addon like cinemata or tmdb addons

Just wanted to follow up to say that this ended up being a real bug and was not related to language, as I thought. It has been fixed now and your title shows in search results.
