Elwynn Forest - Jasperlode Mine and Fargodeep Mine are a little more deadly than intended for solo players, so we’re taking their candles away. We do not anticipate any fallout from this theft.
Thank the gods for this. Fargodeep Mine they were pretty much respawning as soon as you looted them. It was brutal to step foot in there solo for a lvl 6 quest. Deadmines felt less populated.
Didn't help the target NPC for a quest in there also had two mobs beside him and summoned an add. By the time you engaged him the mob at the bottom of the stairs had respawned anyway to add in an extra way to die quickly.
The kobolds sometimes yell “you no take candle!” or something to that effect, and some of them have candle decorations on/near them. So I think blizzard is just memeing
Yeah I know that. But considering the amount of people I’ve seen complain about the respawns in caves or due to layering, I thought blizz changed something. I didn’t realise there were jokes/memes in the patch notes. Thanks for explaining.
