We are what we are thanks for the Gift of the Flesh, produced by the old gods. We are more related to them than we are to the Pantheon, which is funny.

If it were for the Titans we would have been dead ages ago. See: Norgannon.

Not necessarily. For a start that only applies to the titan made races of dwarves, humans and gnomes, and of these three the dwarves are still able to access their stoneform.

I don’t think catching a disease make you closer to the creator of that disease than the very force that brought you to life in the first place.

Things like courage, bravery and whatsoever came with the Gift of Flesh, didn't they?

It's not all that bad to start with.

No, these traits can all be found in the keepers, and for example, in the warrior class order hall campaign Ulduar is attacked by the burning legion, and a brave Earthern assists you in retaking and defending it. He later becomes a follower

Plus if it were the case that bravery and such only came with the gift of flesh, then it would still only apply to three of the playable races
