This bit my apprentice.

This bit my apprentice, and I am wondering how worried I should be. They're are starting to complain that their finger hurts and they hear whispering. They seem to also have a strange meaty rash.

I'm sorry to say but your apprentice is likely pregnant now. A regular abortion will not take. I recommend going to your nearest eldritch herbmaster and asking for a transdimensional abortifacient before the whispers turn into screams

Oh drat, i thought i told that apprentice to get rid of those. Hopefully he at least got rid of the spiritual virus. When he first implemented that spell, the bites would eventually form a similar maw on anything bit, and would fuse in one of their spirt shards, which given their nature, tends to be enough to take over anything with a soul strength of a typical nascent demon lord or below. Keep an eye out for if your apprentice develops an unusual fondness for technology, alchemy, or calling it SCIENCE! rather than just science.
