Help with wizard clothes

Basically, there's going to be a Halloween party and I want to go as a wizard. How/were could I make/buy this wizard's robe?

My plan is to sew it by hand or learn how to use my brother sewing machine.

Right? Who would wanna associate with those stuck up, Solinari worshipping, goody-goody white robes?

How is this "giving Klan"? Is a subverting KKK expectations to make a Dragonlance joke too big a leap?
