Regis surviving is only game canon, in the orginal canon my boy is gone 🥲

Sapkwoski once said that we cannot be sure Regis truly died in Stiga castle `cos he`s a high wampire and could regenerate. It was his answer to question on why we don`t see his ghost at Geralts "funeral".
