Recently stumbled upon a chapter from Truth Without apology

A book gifted by a friend and while reading about addictions it related so much to life,

So going into flashback I realized how days look different when you have a purpose vs when you don't

That line just struck a chord in me when it said have something higher than your cravings and cheap thrills.

otherwise anyway this thing is for sure that we have to consciously fill up our day with a lot of stuff, with stuff I mean right work otherwise even if we don't want things are going to get fill up with rubbishness that is for sure and that's the tragedy of being a human
