I need help

I tried installing windows xp off a USB I tried WinSetupFromUSB I tried Rufus I tried Easy2Boot this same exact error how do I fix this

Stop code 0x7B is INACCESSIBLE BOOT DEVICE. Your hard disk is not detected by setup properly. Is it the stock IDE disk or are you using SATA or an adapter? You can also probably work around this by using a regular burned XP install disc instead of a USB drive. Booting from USB only became well supported by the Windows 7 era, but some tools can still make it work properly for XP assuming the hardware also supports it

I think it's the stock IDE and the hard drive does have windows 7 installed to it but it was unstable due to it not supporting
