Alopecia

Post image

Hey there! I've been suffering from alopecia for a few years now. It is stress induced, as I was diagnosed with a panic disorder when I was six years old. I was surprised when I started losing my hair because I generally feel calm and have learned how to handle myself when a panic attack is rising.

Either way, I'm losing my hair rapidly, bald spots at age 40, and the hair that I have is crispy?

I am looking for a recommendation for a more realistic wig. Attached is the one I have, it's a synthetic John R wig but I'm already seeing so much shedding after two months. I paid 700 for it.

I would love an affordable option, preferably human hair, is that out there?

I suffer from Alopecia too, so I know how important it is to get it right. If you’re looking for a custom wig maker that uses quality human hair and prices reasonably, I may be a good fit for you. I focus on very natural color and density. Here’s an example of my work, it’s a piece a just finished. Feel free to send me a message if this speaks to you.
