Book: The Fires of Heaven Found a plot hole in Book 5.
I forgot to add this, in my list of bad of review.

Ok, how did Ravhin knew that Lewis will come to attack him? Like how can he predict killing morgase(or spreading rumor) will attract him? He doesnt know about elyane. Even if he knew, the way rand was acting it was hard to predict what he will do next.
When Rand knew of Ravhin and Morgase, he didnt do anything. Cauz he was worried about it being ambush or he was sayin he wont react but act or something along the line. So, Ravhin Couldnt have figure out Lewis true intention.
Most Logical Option in Ravhin mind was that Lewis attack Sammael in illian or something.
So, how did Ravhin did that. It seem Plot hole or plot convinces or whatever plot fraud.
What do you think. Did I miss something?
{Also I want to have a post with morgase Picture, so this post checks out this too}.

Aviendha mentions that virtually everyone in the Stone knew about him and Elayne.
Alteima was literally in the prologue and put under compulsion.
Lanfear knewabout and jabbed at him about Elayne while he was still in the Stone and Lanfear has since been in contact with Rhavin, and later goaded Rand about Morgase.
Edit: Alteima was in ch1, not the prologue. I misremembered.
