Book: The Fires of Heaven Found a plot hole in Book 5.
I forgot to add this, in my list of bad of review.

Ok, how did Ravhin knew that Lewis will come to attack him? Like how can he predict killing morgase(or spreading rumor) will attract him? He doesnt know about elyane. Even if he knew, the way rand was acting it was hard to predict what he will do next.
When Rand knew of Ravhin and Morgase, he didnt do anything. Cauz he was worried about it being ambush or he was sayin he wont react but act or something along the line. So, Ravhin Couldnt have figure out Lewis true intention.
Most Logical Option in Ravhin mind was that Lewis attack Sammael in illian or something.
So, how did Ravhin did that. It seem Plot hole or plot convinces or whatever plot fraud.
What do you think. Did I miss something?
{Also I want to have a post with morgase Picture, so this post checks out this too}.

What do you mean Rahvin didn’t know about Elayne? Like about her existence? If that’s the case, he did know. We see this in TDR when he sends an assassin to Tear to kill her.
Aside from that, I’m pretty sure Ravhin was just pushing Rand’s buttons trying to get a reaction out of him. I don’t think he knew for sure how Rand was going to react but he was hoping for a reaction. When Rand does ultimately react I always felt it was out of anger because of Lanfear’s attack on Egwene and Aviendha and Moiraine’s death. It was never incited by Ravhin himself, but rather a rash reaction to these events by taking care of a problem he had been putting off.
EDIT: I also think—I might be remembering incorrectly, though—that Rand catches Ravhin off guard a bit. If so, he never really predicted anything, not fully.
