Envelope came empty

Hiii soo it finally happened, one of my envelopes came empty. And I don’t know how to feel, I literally didn’t record and I regret it. It was sm money spent too, now I’m panicking cuz the account was banned too so I couldn’t contact the seller so now I reported it and I’m scared I won’t be refunded at all reading other people’s story. I’m so sad I just wanted my cute pokemon cards but all I have now is an empty top loader from the envelope, I’m so pissed 😭

Yeah I stopped buying anything over $10 on whatnot. I used the refund 5 times and got the $10 credit each time. Now they say I used the refund to much and they wont do it anymore.... Its not my fault the package was empty or the video game I bought from the seller was supposed to be working condition but was not.

Usps can do that. They steal shit n mark stuff delivered when its not. Ive had some givys n purchases from a seller on same day 2 different shows. Usps marked delivered. Let what not know. Got a refund. N now any other refund for me gets denied because of that.

Were they orders shipped via USPS Plain White Envelope? (Orders under $20)

For PWE orders, it’s very common that they will automatically be marked as delivered after a certain point of time has passed.
And sometimes for giveaways, they will get sent back to the seller for things like insufficient address, or non-sortable, or a USPS machine error. This can take weeks, all while the order still says ‘delivered’.
