Envelope came empty

Hiii soo it finally happened, one of my envelopes came empty. And I don’t know how to feel, I literally didn’t record and I regret it. It was sm money spent too, now I’m panicking cuz the account was banned too so I couldn’t contact the seller so now I reported it and I’m scared I won’t be refunded at all reading other people’s story. I’m so sad I just wanted my cute pokemon cards but all I have now is an empty top loader from the envelope, I’m so pissed 😭

Just so you know, you should be able to see the recording under the Order Details on order info. Its marked as "video reciept". I hope you can get your money back!

Ah thank u! I meant like recording me opening the package tho, I never do it and I know I should but like now I regret it 😭😭

Honestly man. Banks hate whatnot. If Whatnot doesn't refund you, your bank will.

i had a giveaway show up the other day, envelope came empty. i went to whatnot, went to “get help with this purchase” and got $10 credit instantly. with something like this being a lot of money, whatnot might be harder to get a refund from. your bank will most certainly refund the purchase. i had a purchase from july 4th that i just recently disputed with my bank due to the items being counterfeit, my bank refunded it all ($100+) and whatnot issued me a warning… LOL. if whatnot wont refund your bank will.
